Returns & Exchanges

Every Montaha garment is crafted to meet the demands of the modern professional wardrobe. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be accepted for return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — free of marks, makeup, perfume, or scent
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain fully intact and attached
• Garments must be returned in their original protective packaging to preserve fabric integrity during transit

UK Returns

We offer complimentary return shipping on all domestic UK orders. To initiate a return, visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label. Drop-off points are available at designated partner locations across London and the wider UK.

International Returns

For orders outside the United Kingdom, return shipping, tracking, and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a fully trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return reaches our London fulfilment centre safely. Montaha Store cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, our team will inspect items within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued immediately to your original payment method — Stripe, Klarna, or PayPal. Please allow up to 10 banking days for funds to appear at your financial institution, depending on your provider.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible dispatch of your replacement garment.
